Is Cabinets by Oaktree only for builders and cabinet makers?

No. While we manufacture trade-quality cabinets for cabinet makers and builders, home renovators and homeowners are also welcome to sign up and order high-quality cabinets for personal projects.

How does online ordering work?

You start by creating a new job in the system. Enter your job name, reference code, contact number and optional description. Then create the job to receive a unique job number — this becomes your reference for all communication. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Can I use your system to build quotes for my customers?

Yes, that is one of the best benefits of the platform. As you save a product, it will give you a price. Only variation requests need quoting from us.

How do Cabinets by Oaktree differ from some other flat packs I’ve seen online?

We are local in Sydney, Pendle Hill and manufacture all the cabinets here in our factory. All our products are custom and we cut to the size you order. We have an extensive cabinet library and products to choose from and change their specs. For example, add and remove shelves, change drawer front heights, etc.

Are your products Australian-made?

Yes. We use high-quality Australian-made board and manufacture everything locally — cutting, edging and assembly. We also hold an Australian Made licence.

I’ve forgotten my password — what do I do?

Simply reset your password by entering the email you signed up with. You’ll receive a new password to log back in.

How accurate is your cutting?

We use CNC machining to ensure perfectly accurate cabinet cutting with an accuracy less than 1mm tolerance. Accurate measurements lead to perfect cabinets — our guides explain how to measure correctly so everything fits during installation.

Can I order specialised cabinet products?

Once you sign up, you can access a large library of cabinetry products. Each product is customisable, and you can submit variation requests. If something you need isn’t in the catalogue, contact the team for guidance.

What services do you provide?

CNC board cutting, edgebanding, flat-pack cabinetry, hardware supply, and some custom cabinetry by request. We do not supply measure up or installation services.

Do you make everything locally?

Yes – all cutting, edging and assembly are done in our local Pendle Hill factory.

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use high-quality Australian-made boards such as HMR particleboard and offer finishes like melamine or polyurethane. All materials are Moisture Resistant and selected for durability and premium finish. Some of the product we use are Polytec and Blum.

Do I have options with my Carcass colour or is it only white?

Yes, you have options. White and Black are standard options. You can also select any exterior material for your carcasses if you want.

Do you work on areas other than kitchens?

Yes. Cabinets by Oaktree also works on laundries, wardrobes, TV units, storage, custom cabinetry and other residential or commercial joinery.

How do I create an account and start designing?

Click “Order Online” and enter your details. Once registered, you can use the full design and ordering system.

Can I save templates to reuse for multiple jobs?

Yes — you can duplicate layouts for new jobs without redrawing them.

Yes. All designs can be saved and edited at any time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Once your order is ready, you’ll be notified. Workshop pickup is available Monday–Thursday, 6am–3pm, and Friday 6am–12pm. Contact the team to confirm a pickup time.

Do you offer a measure-and-check service?

No. We manufacture based on the measurements you provide. We do not visit sites. Measuring is easy — call us if you need help, or your installer can check the measure for you.

What quality checks happen before my order is dispatched?

Every panel is checked for accurate sizing, clean edging and correct drilling before it leaves our Pendle Hill factory. Your order is also clearly labelled and securely packed so everything is ready for assembly or installation.

For example, a screw included with my hardware punched through the door or drawer front during installation — can I claim a replacement part?

Our product and service are designed for trade professionals. It is the responsibility of the person building the cabinets to make sure all screws are correct, not too long and fit for purpose.

What’s your return and refund policy?

As our cabinetry is custom made based on specifications, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds. For this reason, please ensure all your specifications are entered correctly and double check your order before you submit. We will not be held liable for cabinetry that does not meet your specifications if your ordering is inaccurate.

What about faulty products?

Please check your order on pick up and if there are any faults or damages we will happily exchange it.          Please note: The act of you signing for your product/s on pick-up is your acceptance that the product/s are free from damage. Please notify us of the damage before you accept product. We reserve the right to inspect claimed faulty or damaged products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. What is the timeframe on my order?

Melamine orders have a lead time of 1–3 weeks. Sprayed orders 3–5 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the job.
